Mayfair Library, London
This was my first micro wedding and I was so excited! I arrived way too early as it was central London and on the same day as The Duke of Edinburgh’s funeral so I just knew the traffic would be mad. I had lots of time to wander through Mount Street Gardens taking in the beauty of so many cherry blossom trees (my favourite!) and scoping out lots of places for some great shots.
Dami and Ola were my amazing bride and groom, we met at the beautiful Mayfair Library where the ceremony took place. With only 3 guests to celebrate their love, it truly was the most intimate wedding I’ve ever photographed. After the ceremony, we meandered through the gardens and it became quite apparent that it was a popular day to get married as we bumped into 3 other newlyweds!
A swanky car then took us all to LPM restaurant where Dami and Ola cut their beautiful cake and had lunch with their guests sitting in the sunshine. We couldn’t have been luckier with the weather.
For any couples a little unsure about the thought of a micro wedding I can assure you it was perfect in every way, congratulations Dami and Ola and thank you for choosing me to photograph your special day!
